To return to the subtle intelligence of your body. To reconnect with the universal life force that animates all things—and to learn how to channel it for healing, grounding, and renewal. Rooted in the traditional Usui lineage and infused with a trauma-informed, heart-forward approach, this experience blends teaching, practice, and ceremony to gently awaken your innate capacity to heal. Together, we’ll explore: - The history and principles of Reiki - What energy is—and how to feel it in your body - How to offer Reiki to yourself through hand placements and intention - Daily practices to regulate your nervous system and deepen intuition - A Reiki I attunement ceremony to open your channel to the flow of Reiki energy This is not a performance or a promise of perfection.
