He is the President of Nashville Pride and an active member of Nashville in Harmony, where he has served on the board of directors and chaired its strategic planning committee. Nationally, he participates in the New Harmony Task Force for GALA Choruses and the Professional Education Committee for the Grant Professionals Association.
Hailing from McMinnville, TN, Nicholas holds an MS in Strategic Community and Leadership from Belmont University and dual BAs in Music and Speech Pathology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
